Before you go

Florida law sets a few rules for boat rentals:

  • The renter must be 18 or older.
  • Anyone driving the boat who was born on or after January 1, 1988 needs a Florida Boating Safety Education ID card. A temporary certificate can be completed online before your trip.
  • Everyone who will drive the boat completes a short safety briefing with us before the first ride.
