welcome home
Everything you need to know during your stay: arriving, the pool and dock, the kitchen, and checking out. If anything isn’t working, message us and we’ll take care of it.
Self check-in with a smart lock on the front door. Before your arrival day, we’ll text or email your door code and arrival details.
Park in the 2-car garage or the driveway. A Level 2 EV charger is in the garage at no charge. Neighborhood HOA rules don’t allow trailers, RVs, campers, boats or personal watercraft at the home.
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. We’ll text or email the network name and password before you arrive.
The backyard and our brand-new 40-foot dock are all yours to enjoy. Please stay on our property and off the neighbors’ yards and docks.
The pool is heated and open any time. Pool toys are in the garage. See below for how to set the water temperature.
Fish from the dock, or carry a kayak down from the garage and put in at the floating kayak launch. Life jackets in an assortment of sizes hang from a shelf in the garage. Children should always be supervised near the water.
Bikes, kayaks, life jackets, golf clubs, pool toys and beach gear (towels and umbrella) are all in the garage, along with a tire pump for the bikes.
Please return everything to its spot in the garage before you check out.
The heater has a small digital display with three buttons: SET, down and up.
The pool pump must be running for the heater to work. When the pool is heating, the red Heating light next to the display is on. No red light means no heat.
Red Heating light on = the pool is heating
Both the grill and the fire pit run on propane, and barbecue tools are on the lanai.
Tank empty? Refill or exchange it at a local supplier, then text us a photo of the receipt and we’ll reimburse you in full.

Our most-asked question: the switch for the family room ceiling fans is next to the thermostat, across from the pantry.
Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, a dishwasher and a trash compactor. There’s a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, with coffee to get you started, plus oil, salt, pepper and spices.
A 75″ TV with Roku in the family room and smart TVs in every bedroom and on the lanai. Board games, books, a record player, ping pong and the shuffleboard table are all yours to use.
Kids’ dishes are in the kitchen, and here’s where to find the rest:
A full-size washer and dryer behind the barn door, with detergent, an iron and an ironing board.
There’s a twin inflatable bed on a frame, usually in the bedroom behind the kitchen. Feel free to move it to whichever room works best.
